Camps will include five sixty minute
sessions concentrating on increasing:
- Speed
- Agility
- Power
- Core Strength
- Vertical Leap
- Flexibility
- Running Technique
- Injury Prevention

December 26th - 30th
Session 1: 1:00 - 2:00 (u14 - College)(Full)
Session 2: 2:00 - 3:00 (u10 - u14) (Full)
Session 3: 3:00 - 4:00 (u14 - College) (Full)
Session 4: 4:00 - 5:00
(u10 - u14) (Full)

The Camp will
be held at:
Desert Breeze
Park, North
Sign ups will
begin November 24th 2008
If a time is full
that you want please let me know and I will put you on
a waiting list as cancellations may occur.
THESE
ARE ELITE CAMPS
Previous speed training experience is required for all sessions
Cost: $ 90.00
All sessions will be limited to the first 10 paid
athletes.
