Winter Speed Camp
Camps will include five sixty minute
sessions concentrating on increasing:
- Speed
- Agility
- Power
- Core Strength
- Vertical Leap
- Flexibility
- Running Technique
- Injury Prevention
Dates:
December 26th - 30th (Saturday - Wednesday)
Session
1: 12:00pm - 1:00 pm (u 11 - u15)
Session 2: 1:00pm - 2:00pm (u14 - College)
Session 3: 2:00pm - 3:00pm (All Ages)
The Camp will
be held at:
Desert Breeze
Park, North
Sign ups will
begin Dec 12th 2009
If a time is full
that you want please let me know and I will put you on
a waiting list as cancellations may occur.

ARE ELITE CAMPS
Previous speed training experience is required for all sessions
Cost:
$90.00
for 5 session
All sessions will be limited to the first 10 paid
athletes.
