Testimonials:
Hi my name is Ryan Burneo. I play Division 1 soccer for the University of Nevada Las Vegas. I have trained with Tedd throughout my late club years and still currently do. He has helped me recover from several injuries, and his training sessions have increased my strength, endurance, speed and agility. His training sessions are customized to my specific needs and geared toward my sport. I can honestly say that without his training I would have not been nearly as prepared as i was to play soccer at the college level. I would highly recommend Tedd as a trainer and sports therapist to any athlete that is serious, dedicated and wants to take their sport to the next level. Tedd thank you for everything you have done for me.

Sincerely,
Ryan Burneo

I have trained with Tedd for at least the past 5 years and I currently play soccer in South Carolina at a division one college. I remember when I first started training with Tedd I could barely run a 7 sec. forty yard dash (my best time now being a 5.1), my arm swing was horrible and my form was inexistent. Throughout all the years I trained with Tedd I learned more from him then I have from all my coaches up until this point. I know that is a bold statement to make, but I truly believe it is an honest one. Tedd not only taught me about the correct ways to run but he has explained to me what muscles I am training and their roles in the correct way to run. He has always given me the attention I needed and answered all my questions with a thorough knowledge of the material. The one thing that has placed Tedd above all the trainers and coaches I have experienced through the 15 years I have been playing soccer, is his knowledge of what he is teaching and the fact that he cares. He loves his job and it is obvious when he is training you. He wants to make the players he works with the best athletes they can become and he truly cares about their success. I remember one session, not too long ago, when a little girl finally broke a 6 second forty that she had been struggling with all year. The amount of happiness Tedd experienced from her accomplishment made me realize why he puts so much time and effort into his job, why he always attends seminars to become better and more knowledgeable in his field, why he always has the most technologically advanced equipment and why he is so good at what he does: he really has a passion for his work. Soccer is my passion and my life, and it's a wonderful feeling knowing there are people like Tedd who dedicate a big chunk of their lives trying to make athletes like me reach their full potential. And let me say that I credit Tedd with a big part of my personal success. Tedd is always there to celebrate with me when I beat a personal record or to give me pointers when I make a mistake. Tedd has not only been a trainer to me but he has become my friend and one of my mentors. I look up to Tedd and I hope that one day I can have a job that I enjoy and that benefits others. I am truly blessed that 5 years and one terrible arm swing ago I decided to try out speed training.

Tedd Girouard is the only trainer I have had, simply because I have never wanted or needed to look for anyone else. I have been hurt numerous times, whether it be minor or major, he always gets it back to health stronger. He keeps you in the best shape you could ever be in. He is extremely hard, but if you want to be healthy and in great shape, this is the guy you must train with. When you train with him, he not only improves your fitness, speed, and balance, he improves the strength of your legs and muscles so you don’t get injured. No matter what happens physically to me, I can count on Tedd to heal it and get it back to health stronger.

Hi, my name is Courtney Beckwith, I am 15 and I play for the U-16 FCLV Mundial team. This will be my fourth year training with Tedd, and I am very much excited for this upcoming season. There is not one word in the English dictionary to describe Tedd Girouard. He has made me the player I am today, between regular team training and training over the summer, he has taught me so much!! At the beginning of my U-15 year I broke my clavicle in a tournament and was out for three months. Tedd was there with me the whole time. I trained with him every day and I came back being in the best shape that I had ever been in in my life. Knowing that he was there for me and helped me along the way made a huge difference. If ANY one has the opportunity to work with Tedd, I would be the first one to tell you that he will make you a better athlete. He is absolutely amazing!! Thank you Tedd for everything you have done for me!!
